Hi, in order to create your app the cost will be the mentioned for iOS and android development. Then there are some extra requirements if you want the app to be on the cloud (let's say a user login into another phone and you want him/she to be able to see the same as on the other phone) for this kind of functionality you'll also need an API on the server and the servers have a monthly fee.
