Customized GIFT CERTIFICATE on Magento - Magestore Extension

Hello, We are in the process of completing an art e-commerce website we have been developing - [login to view URL] (to launch soon) through MAGENTO platform. We would like to have our design for the gift certificate (attached) implemented on the site. When someone buys an e-gift voucher, it should appear in the recipients inbox in a personalized way. Attached is the voucher before entering details (TO, FROM, & GIFT VALUE), and when the voucher is received in recipients inbox these sections will be filled.
