Customisation of blog Section and a few fixes

Request : Read fully before you BID ------------------------------------------------------- I am looking for a highly experienced Word Press Developer. Who could work on custom WordPress Website. And who has sound knowledge of PHP as well. I need to get a few issues fixed in the website. Please refer all the details below. PLEASE REFER THE ATTACHED SAMPLE IMAGE ALSO 1. Blog page layout needs to be attractive. It should have a right side menu bar, and category filter options. 2. it will show last 3-4 recent blogs as well 3. There will be Product carousel on the right side. 4. in the bottom, there should be option to add links of other blogs. For example, in the end of blog, there should be option to add previous blogs. When button "add previous blogs" is clicked. it should show the blog category, and when the blog category is clicked, it will expend the category, and list of the blogs will be shown, there will be check box before the name of blogs, which ever blog is checked it should be selected. and there should be option to re-arrange the select blogs order. Some blogs may have long title, so it has text wrapping options as well. The testimonial section is not appearing properly, It was like a carousel earlier, but due to some issues or error it is appearing like a list now. It needs to fixed. I have a fixed budget of INR 5000/- and If you have read and understand the project details please write "PnH" in the start of your reply so that, I could know that you have given a serious thought about reading and understanding the requirements.
