CUSTOM WEBSITE needs edits and changes

Custom website needs edits and changes as LISTED below PLEASE READ before bid and please be accurate with the bid amount. I.E bid 5 minutes after talking "ohh I need more money for that" all details are here so don't waste time fixes User list (righthand panel) when logged in username should show on right hand panel. change username list background from blue to white, Below navigation is blank drop down, this should show room list also remove image of house next to. navagation next to my room shows digits 142 please remove. page titled (my room) there is a coin system in place at the moment however I need the following added, on my room page a way users can make a room and give the room a name of their choice and be set as owner a menu for time they want foom for i.e 20coins = 30 days so user buys credits the amout/cost is set up by admin as you saw on the drop down. then say on the room page when they click create room now, another drop down saying the amount of coins per days. so I could go on admin panel and say put the room ever 30 day 20 coins for example. but items can be added on so say for example 30 days=20 coins 90= 35 coins 180 = 50 coins 360 = 75 coins then the amount is taken off the coins they have and the room expires after the time chosen, however to decomplicate it. the time periods can be just for the four options above, its just the coin amount I would need to be able to edit. and the last bit would just be to notify the room owner when the room is due to expire. hopfuly that is more understandble on admin panel need option to add new pages to website and select if shown logged in our logged out like wordpress lastly on users ui display coin amount they have then just check for any errors ect once finished
