Custom stock technical indicator and strategy

I am looking for Java programmer or developer to combined three technical indicators into one custom indicator, the three indicators will be MACD, CCI and the William R%. the new indicator should work with Motivewave platform, you can get free 14 days copy from [login to view URL] and also the Motivewave SDK. Once the indicator is built then I need you to write a custom strategy that will be triggered by one or more of the three indicators crossing above and below the overbought or oversold lines of the WR%, that mean all three indicator the CCI, WR% and MACD should be able to use the WR% as a reference point. and the three indicators should also be able to use the zero line of the MACD as a refence point. plz let me know how much you will charge, and how long is it going to take.
