Custom Android App For Food Truck Menu Signage

This description is submitted in confidence and to determine possible candidates. We desire a simple branded Android app to be used on a dedicated tablet. The app will be used to cast menus to a Chromecast playing on a monitor for food truck application. The app must be able to cast in Portrait and Landscape mode but Portrait will be preferred. The customer will need to add, delete and change menu items, pictures, descriptions and prices to said screen possibly with timed dissolves between two or more full screen menus. Internet access will only be at home base for updates, not at the job site. Menu items must be able to easily have a “SOLD OUT” banner applied to that item by a simple radio button. We are open to discussion and suggestions; examples of your work would be helpful.
