Create a simple PhoneGap Build App.

The app should do the following: Show a splash page that in the background does the following: Check to see if the User's ID number is stored on the device (using cookies, or whatever method you wish) Yes: 1. Send that ID to my php page via post and display the resulting page 2. Start the geolocation API ([login to view URL]) and grab the user's location and send it via Post to my php page, then update this location every time the user moves more than 30 meters (this update interval is controlled in a setting for the API) No: 1. Then show a login page 2. After sucessful login (using ajax?) start the gelocation and show my web apps main page Please be familiar with: #1 PhoneGap Build (The online service) #2 The background geolocation plugin I listed above, it has example code, even an example app.
