Create a SagePay Repeat Payment with PHP API

Hello, I am looking for somebody who is familiar with SagePay. Please read fully if you wish to be accepted for this job. I wish to create a very simple PHP script. The script needs to do the following: 1) User enters debit / credit card details 2) User is charged a small fee (£1) 3) User card token is stored in a database 4) Admin can charge the user a different amount using REPEAT transaction. I want to know that you understand the Sage Pay API, that you understand REPEAT payments, and that you can create this script for me. The script must be completed in 3 days maximum.
