Convert mobile app and functionality into webpage

I have an application in apk (I am not the owner of the app) hence I will not have access to the backend database directly. But I do have login to the app which should be able to get you into the database. I will need some help to translate the application as well as the functionality into something that can be displayed and used in firefox/chrome.
