Connect LearnDash Notification AddOn with WooCommerce email template

We are currently developing a learning platform with LearnDash and WooCommerce. We want to send the emails from LearnDash's Notification Add-On through the WooCommerce email template. As seen here ([login to view URL]), the access to the WC email template is not very difficult. So some "hooking" and we should be on our way, right?! The final result should be a snippet we can add to our [login to view URL] or if necessary, a small plugin.
