Build PHP / MySQL Website based on AngularJS Template

Need an experienced English speaking freelancer who can develop in:\r\n\r\n- PHP\r\n- MySQL\r\n- HTML5\r\n- AngularJS\r\n\r\nBuilding a barebone CRM website where users can manage their donor lists. This is for phase 1 of the project which includes:\r\n\r\n- Implement User registration / login\r\n- Implement Form wizard to onboard new users (Three Steps: Profile Info, Campaign Info, Import Contacts)\r\n- Create MySQL database (Tables: Users, Contacts, Campaigns)\r\n- Implement Search function\r\n\r\nI\\\'m using the Homer Admin Template from WrapBootstrap ([login to view URL]) so this project will not be developed from scratch.
