Build a online form or web page in wordpress to have daily quiz

I propose to develop this in Wordpress. I have a few queries: 1. Can anyone sign up? Will there be email validation for account to be active. 2. Entire question will be an image? 3. Please explain the green / red indication 4. What is someone has not answered the question - in admin how will it be indicated? As I think 1 is for correct answer and 0 is for wrong answer 5. If some one has already answered today's question, he will see a message saying - you have already answered? 6. When someone submits an answer, do they know if their answer was correct or not? 7. One cannot edit an answer? One cannot answer previous day's questions? 8. Wordpress page to be optimised for desktop/ mobile? On desktop it will look blank - is that okay? I will need hosting server access. I ensure a very thorough job and look forward to working on the project.
