Build me a discord bot with a website display

My goal is to simplify the use of a discord bot named sysbot, it is for creating pokemon and trading them. The way it operates is that you type $trade on a server along with a file attached. (this will be hosted in my discord server) In order to simplify this and do it remotely easily I want to do it through a website. It doesn't have to look good but just be useful. So in this website all I want is a box to input a code. Once the code is inputed I want a discord bot , lets call it webbot, (or the best option) to type said message ($trade with the attached file) in a channel of my discord server. When this happens the sysbot will message the webbot with a code. I would like this code to be displayed on the website. Now for the codes, i would like to be able to upload and edit the codes myself, so be able to put the file and its corresponding code (the $trade of the message would always be the same) That would be it, I do not know the complexity of the project but if anyone is willing to participate message me and we'll talk about the price or if anyone can help me by pointing me in a direction where I could find someone willing to do it I greatly appreciate it.
