I want to have an app that can get updates from website "[login to view URL]" and send a notification to me via email. In this section of mentioned website traders do trades and i want you to create an app that can detect a trade when its open and send me an alert and again it should give me a notification when that trade closed. for example here is a trader "[login to view URL]", it this page you can see there are "Trade Explorer" area where you can click on any trade and go to that section, in that Trade section you can see there are some open trades and some are closed, i want you to give me a system that can give me an alert (via email) when trade opened by a that person, i could add as many traders as i want. Simple: 1-I could get a notification when a trade opened 2- I could get a notification when that trade closed.

Hi, I can do it c# code. but you need server/pc with always open and connected to internet. maybe azure free web service can handle. I cant speak english so I can comminicate only via message. best regards.
