Automated download and upload script + posting to website in python

Script should be written in python and should run on linux and windows. 1. Scan FTP folders for new releases every x minutes and download all the folders containing specific keyword. (blacklist also needed) Config for FTP should be as follows: FTP IP FTP PORT FTP Directory Scanrate Login Password Downloadslots FTP Time Filter (only download files older than date) Skip folder with specific keywords: Skip all folders that have already been downloaded TLS/SSL true/false 2. After downloading unrar all rar archives (.rar, r00, ...) and delete the rar files. 3. Repack the folder and upload it to the following hosters (specific pattern of rar filename will be given) [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 4. The unpacked rar will contain .mkv file which has to be uploaded to the following streamhosters: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Before uploading the file to the streamhosters it has to be modified with mkvmerge (uncheck second language and only choose german language) 5. Send all the links (streams and OCH) to a website (no api) 6. Save all information in a database: animename quality (480p/720p/1080p) internal id website ID releasename [login to view URL] link [login to view URL] link [login to view URL] link [login to view URL] link [login to view URL] link 7. After all has been done upload the rar files from 3. to Google Drive Example: Fairy.Tail.E001.Feenschweif.German.2009.ANiME.DL.1080p.BluRay.x264-STARS gets downloaded, unpacked, uploaded and sent to the website Next is Fairy.Tail.E002.Feuerdrache.Affe.und.Stier.German.2009.ANiME.DL.1080p.BluRay.x264-STARS It should now recognize that it belongs to the same anime as in 6. "animename" and should add the links and releasename to that anime and send everything together again to the website (using the website ID to edit it) Whenever it recognizes a new release that belongs to the same anime, it should do the same again (eg. next would be Fairy.Tail.E003.Wir.dringen.in.Everlues.Villa.ein.German.2009.ANiME.DL.1080p.BluRay.x264-STARS) It shouldn't confuse it with Fairy.Tail.E003.Wir.dringen.in.Everlues.Villa.ein.German.2009.ANiME.DL.720p.BluRay.x264-STARS though, since this release has another quality (first one 1080p, second one 720p).
