Asterisk Develope, Web service and Autodialer etc...

Hi, We have a multi-tenant pbx with asterisk. Current system is not elastix or freepbx. We need this specifications: Step 1 : Professional Web Service with JSON/NODEJS/PAMI/PAGI/ARI etc... One Way Functions : (Web service will send data) - Send CallerID (Customer will set an URL from pbx panel. Web service will send about call status(Extension ringing/answered) for per extension)(Calls may be get from queue or IVR or another, i need to alls) - Online Calls (Customer will set an URL from pbx panel. Web service will send online calls) - Online Extensions' Status (Customer will set an URL from pbx panel. Web service will send online extensions' status) - Unanswered Call Report (Customer will set an URL from pbx panel. Web service will send unanswered calls) Two Way Functions : (Customer get data) - Callback (Call to extension firstly and if extension answer, system call to target number.) - Reverse Callback (Call to target number firstly and if extension answer, system call to extension.) - Remote Spycall with web service - Remote DND Activate/Deactivate - Pause for Queue Status - Callerid check for extensions - Online Calls - Online Extensions' Status - Call Reports - Call Voice Record Step 2 : - Voice Record Backup (Customer will add ftp account informations on pbx panel and system will send voice records to ftp or google drive) - Text To Speech (I must to use this tts on everywhere in dialplans, in ivr sounds etc...)(We can use Yandex or Google for this, Yandex good converting Turkish language) -- We will a phone book and customer will add contacts to this. And When incoming call system will say name surname from this list) -- Customer will add an URL on pbx panel. System will check and say name surname or invoice remember on incoming calls with callerid) - Payment with Credit Card on IVR with TTS (We can do a plan for this function) Step 3 : - Auto/Predictive Dialer (From pbx panel and from Web service) -- Like as bulk sms -- 2 factor (Auto and predictive.) -- We can do a list for functions. Step 4 : - Reservation/Appointment Remember Service (Like as auto dialer/Vpoll). From pbx panel and from URL with cron) -- Customer can upload data and voice. System call thats with channel limit. Called person answered with dtmf 1/2 or repeat again. After finish send an email report. -- Customer set an URL and time from pbx [login to view URL] will import data from this link and create, call and report. Step 5 : - Satisfaction Survey (Like as Step 4. Auto and Manuel) -- Auto : If customer activate it, system will call incoming callerid number and say 1-10 between. -- Manuel : Will work like as Step 4 All specifications will add to our system with dialplans.
