Hello, My name is Trevor, and I am a senior in High School. I am very into the growing market of streetwear. I am looking to create an app which allows enthusiasts to safely resell different garments for a fair price. To do this I would like an app which features many of the most resold items on the market. These are pieces typically made by brands such as Supreme, Palace, Bape, etc. I would also like users to be able to submit pieces which they may want to sell which are not currently featured on the app. Much like the stock market, real-time going rates would be featured for each piece. A search function would also be necessary to find the exact piece one would like to buy or sell. Basically, sellers would be capable of choosing the item they wish to sell, viewing the current going rate, specifying the condition and adding actual pictures of their item, selecting the size of their item, and determining an asking price. When listing an item, a price breakdown including shipping and a percentage app-use fee would be shown to verify transparency and clarity in listing. Buyers would be able to search such item, see what prices different sellers are asking, and make offers or instantly buy a piece at the seller's asking price. Once a seller sells an item by either accepting an offer or having their ask be met, they would then send the item (within 3 days) to me (and my team) to verify the legitimacy of the item. It would then be sent to the buyer. This app would make transactions easier for everyone. The seller can easily list and ship their items for a fair price, and the buyer can have peace in mind when purchasing. My company would also make a decent commission for the transaction and shipping services. More explanation may be needed, but this was the basic rundown.
