Android app inplay bet365

I need an app that displays all inplay soccer events (and also finished and upcoming events - soccer) and then based on different criteria (number of curent goals, minute, etc - these are customizable) send push sound notification to device and also when the app is open to have all that events displayed based on that criteria. Example: when at least 2 goals are score until 30 minute send notification of that event. (meaning for example when second goal is scored in minute 9 on that event to send the notification with teams, score, minute, country). If another goal is scored to send again that information.
