Amazon Cloudfront CDN and WP Super Cache Configuration (please read description before bidding)

Current set up: Have WordPress Super Cache W3 installed and have an AWS account with an S3 bucket. I also have a cloudfront distribution running that is appropriately pulling images from the bucket and presenting it in the distribution. Having a small issue though. The distribution is not working with other static files including the css and js theme files. They are not being mirrored on the distribution. Every time I try to enable the CDN in the W3 Super Cache plugin the site breaks. Have worked through quite a bit of troubleshooting. Still struggling. Here is the site: [login to view URL] So currently, the images are being pushed from the CDN but the other static files related to the site are still on the server. What I need: I would like someone to help me find the solution to this problem and mirror all of my static files in the bucket and distribute it through the CDN. It would also be great if this could be done without much downtime on the site.
