Website (with iphone/Ipad & android app) required Users can register as personal or organisation Users will pay for certain ads in their local currency and payment processors will be SKRILL NETELLER, VISA MASTERCARD, googlepay or RIPLLE (XRP) people who post ads will do so ONLY to my site (or app) other ads will come from other major websites and users will be able to view them next to websites own ads (view by date price time uploaded etc etc) mulit language a must( to include english chinese urdu spanish and portuguese)
