I have several text files with data. The data is just a simple one line of text, eg. "It's a nice day". I need a web page that displays the data from the text files, eg.: File 1: It's an nice day File 2: How are you File 3: See you around etc. Because the data in the text files may change, the web page should automatically refresh every 2 seconds or so. In other words, the web page should continuously loop reading the data from the text files. The web page runs locally on a computer and the text files are also on the same local computer. No need to worry about web server or so. I use IE and Chrome. Ideally, I would like to hide the code so the computer's user can not see the code or copy/modify the code.
