Hey, I have good experience in developing PHP based web sites and web services. I went through the PDF file you have attached. You have explained it pretty good in the PDF file about how to go about it. I can create the website with install instruction on setting it up on your local PC so that you can run it on your PC without any additional cost. I use Apache and MySQL Community edition for the development and they are free and pretty good so you can use them. I can deliver this app in around two weeks. Let me know if you have any questions. There are some projects that I say "I really want this one" because it sounds like fun. This is one of them! I am not 100% sure I understand the explanation about having several iterations, there are a few ways I am interpreting that, but we could iron that out by chatting. I also suspect that we may have to adjust the logic filter and use a lot of samples of running through data on the DB as I imagine that we may find that the apparently perfect computation is not the way a human would divide the jobs, so I've allowed some space for that too. I have actually performed each task individually as part of other projects; getting geocodes/long/lat from Google, producing output for printing, creating/importing JSONs/CSVs, calculating distances. I'd like to hear from you if you're happy with the budget and timescale (I'd start on Wednesday of next week and we'd be testing together by the weekend of July 9/10th). Thanks!

Hi There, We have expertise Django / Python and Hands on using Google MAPs API to extract EFFICIENT ROUTES using WAY POINTS. Approach 1. Will provide a Django Admin to upload CSV data 2. Run a chron job on the data to process it 3. The job would hit GOOGLE Maps API to group the routes with various address as WAY POINTS 4.
