Customizing Wordpress Site

We require someone to add/remove some things from our wordpress theme to make it run smoother. Our current theme is Katla Wordpess Theme. The edits will be mostly on the form submitter Features we need done are Frontend Post Uploader - Turn the paged frontend content uploader into a jquery popup uploader similar to [login to view URL]'s. Has to be beautiful and slick. - Add in the ability to upload .gifs into the post uploader. - Disable Text Only posts. Disable description fully. Disable video posts. - Remove form inputs such as Source URL, Source Name, Image Url, Image Name, Description, tags. Max 1 photo per post. - Create a easier checkmark category selection system in the popup post uploader with a max of 2 categories per post. _________________________________________________________________ - Add a menu selection with a dropdown of all the categories we have on the site making it easier for the user to choose a category they would like to view. - Create a page on the menu just for a section just for video posts. Registered users can submit a form with their video(youtube link only) and then we will take a look at it and then show it if it's a good video.
