Customize a wordpress website.

I have recently purchased a wordpress theme on [login to view URL], I am currently looking for a web developer to customize the theme within the purchased theme. The background of this theme is foundationally based on a private residential real estate portal consisting of 'for sale' and 'rental/lease' listings: I will need the following done: Home page: - Customized search bar on the home page similar to www.privateproperty.co.za. With 'recent search' function within the search bar. Property Search Results: - Search results showing a neater format with the agents photograph and name. - Favourite 'Bookmark Property' within search results. - Search Results Filter as seen at [login to view URL] (With Checked boxes) When a potential client clicks onto a search result it will then lead the client to the property details, under this page I would like the following added to the parent theme. - Under the property header the price of the property should be positioned on the left next to the 'bookmark property' link and 'compare list' feature as seen at the top. - If you could view the property listing result page at [login to view URL], a header comes down when you scroll down that compiles of the property header details with the amount of bedrooms, bathrooms and garages with the price of the listing and a request more details link. - Contact agent 'optin form' as seen at [login to view URL] should be added next to the property images. If you could design a website similar to [login to view URL] within this theme it would be a positive outcome.
