Customize Wordpress Home page & post page

Hi Guys, My website is this [login to view URL] and I want to make a few template adjustments to it. 1- Create a featured video category. And these will show up on home page in grid format exactly like they show on this website. [login to view URL] 2- Have the post page look like exactly how it does here ; [login to view URL] . At top top there will be video below it facebook like and share. Below the video there would be two buttons for which you can use custom fields But through custom fields I should be able to edit the text of these buttons and link them to any page that I want. 3- I should be able to add Podcast to the page as well same way like the reference website has done. This could be connected with itunes or I should be able embed or upload audio file. 4- Same way I should be able to add big images from instagram. Now for the post page if you think installing visual composer will make things easier you can go ahead and do that. 5- Facebook like and share at the end of the post like the reference site. Note : This is not a complicated job , so must be completed within 6-8 hours max. My max budget is $ 50 but would prefer lower bids. Bids above my suggest budget will be ignored and please don't bid if you can't start immediately. Thanks for your time.
