Creation of a free non-gambling poker tournament site

Do NOT bid if you have NOT already done a poker site. If you bid, start off your bid with links to the poker sites you've done. I will NOT consider any bid by anyone who has not ALREADY made a poker site. I am NOT looking to pay you to learn how to make a poker site. You MUST already know how to do so AND have proof that you've done so. No exceptions! And you need to have own the source code for the poker sites you've done. There are lots of unique features about the poker site that I want built BUT I will discuss that with you IF you are the above. Thus there is no point in listing my spec list for all to see. If you can prove you're the above, I will share via Freelancer my spec list and then we will talk. Needless to say, in addition to only dealing with programmers who have experience with poker sites, my goal here is to save a TON of money since I am expecting you to have already done the majority of work and then only need modify it for my needs. As for my poker site, very briefly, it will be a free non-gambling poker site that only hosts poker tournaments. It will also have its own network. I am NOT interested in joining another poker network since how I want my poker site to operate wouldn't work with another poker network.
