Hi I shall create a new wordpress plugin to manage registrations as you mentioned. I can setup the plugin to limit the registrations to X number each day or if you want a global limit I can setup the plugin to stop registration after X number of registrations is reached. After 25 registrations you need nomore Registrations in your site per day and want to give a message to user Registration is close for today . So they come next day .
