Create site based on weather feed

Looking for a PHP (or Node.js) developer to build a small site based on a weather feed. Consider the following basic requirements: 1. Access to a feed will be provided which allows the API to be queried for various ski resorts. 2. A lookup database will be built containing the formal resort names, that correspond to the query values/IDs that will be passed to the API in order to retrieve various values that define the snow conditions. 3. The site should be built on the basis of a cache, which means that a resort will only be pulled from the API a set number of times (once per day at a set time vis CRON), and end users will see a cached version of the data stored in a database (in a granular format so individual fields can be accessed at a later date). 4. Users will access a basic front-end. Simply a search box, with AJAX style auto complete for all the resorts based in the database. This just needs to be functional, we will get the design done separately. 5. No backend is required. 6. Templates should local files that can be edited. 7. Server will be a simple LAMP stack. 8. URLs for individual resort forecasts should be based on GET and SEO friendly - e.g. oursite/snow-forecast/courchevel/ Details of the API are as follows. Please sign up for a free account to develop.
