Create Wordpress form for handling frontend submission with attachment

Hi Freelancers For my new Wordpress Community Site I previously created a project for enhancing a frontend publishing plugin to handle attachments and categories. But after receiving feedback from some of the freelancers bidding, it was clear that the plugin didn’t support the multiple attachments. Therefore, I am creating this new project to get a fresh start, and instead of taking an existing plugin into consideration, I will instead describe my requirements. Then I will leave it up to you if existing plugins can be used (and must be purchased) or if this is something that should be developed from scratch. I prefer to use standards if possible. Please read the requirements careful and let me know your thoughts on how you would solve these requirements: 1. Users must be able to create posts from frontend 2. It should be possible to attach multiple files to the post (and of course delete the attachments before submitting if the wrong files were chosen) 3. The attached files should be visible on the post and with icons. E.g. if word document was uploaded, then a word icon should be visible. 4. My Categories on the wordpress have a parent/child relationship. In the frontend from, I need the users to be able to choose a parent Category, and if this category has any childs, then a new box should appear where the user can choose from these childs linked to the parent. 5. If possible, then I would like a workflow style for creating frontend post. E.g. like this: [login to view URL] (But this is not a requirement, and you may leave this out of your offer. Just please state if it is included or not) As the site is about to take off I need this as soon as possible. If job is well done from freelancer, then I have a lot of other tasks in the near future.
