Create a Wordpress Theme for Press Listings Site

We require a custom theme to be developed to host press / media releases. For reference, the site will be similar to [login to view URL] This site will have one area that can be viewed by the general public, and another password protected SECURE area that will only accessible by those we grant usernames and password to. There are four distinct elements to the site: SECURE AREAS 1) One allowing representatives of the car manufacturers (marketing people) to securely log in, and then have the ability to post the press / media releases, including text, photos, videos, pdfs (brochures), and links in the SECURE AREA.. This area also needs to allow for a seperate version of the press/media release to be posted that will be accessible in the general public area - mentioned below at point 3. 2) People that we provide usernames and passwords to, need to be able to securely log in to view the post from the car manufacturers (marketing department) in the secure area, along with the photos, videos, and pdfs This area needs to display a complete list of the press releases including the date they were posted. There also needs to be a dedicated page for each car manufacturer containing information about them, corporate photos, contact details for several people and a list of press releases related to that particular manufacturer.
