Create a Wordpress RTL Template based on given graphic design and material

Description: Building a WordPress site with Avada theme on based a given graphic design. All work on the website will be done using the various theme options and code will be written on the child theme files Proven experience with WordPress site is an absolute must The website is in hebrew and rtl. All text including menus,tabs, articles, description etc. will be lorem ipsum from lorem.co.il. Screenshots of all the different views and all necessary graphics will be given at the approval of the candidate for the job The candidate must be explicitly independent and self managed, check all the given material and in case there are graphic materials that are missing for him to finish the job - tell it to the employer before the approval of the work. Payment: This should be a fairly simple job and the time frame is two weeks tops. The payment is 350$ for the project. In case the delivery will be late there will be an option for a fine of up to 30% of the base payment.
