Create a Soundcloud recorder And Uploader in php

i need you to create for me an Audio Recorder that allow my website users to record some Audio on my site and once the audio file is created the file should be transferred to Soundcloud Service and then once the uploading part is completed there an Embedded SOundCloud Link On my site. *Without Using any of my Website Resources , i want it all to be on the user's Resources* Or. you Can Help me figure out a way to Upload the Audio FIle to Youtube ( even with a blank video or with some Visual Effects to hide or ad a lot of Noises to the captured video from the webcam of the user *Without Using any of my Website Resources , i want it all to be on the user's Resources* - i don't care about the quality much but the file should be in the smallest size as possible to decrease uPloading time. but loud enough so everyone else can hear it on there devices . - Make sure that it works on all browsers/ devices or as many as possible -i can provide you with some Free Recorders that i have found online , maybe we can start from there to make it easier on you or use one of the examples on Soundcloud or youtube. -the playback should be in a nice quality and again works on all kind of devices without lagging or any other kind of problem/bugs
