Create a Joomla Website - Training Organisation with Online Booking Website

Hi there, I have a well established Registered Training Organisation and am starting a new Division (business name). I need a new Website and would like to work with a Joomla template as I can work the backend a little. I need someone first of all to design the home, about us, etc. pages to completion (finding graphics, correct colours, look and feel). Second part of the project will be to complete the other pages which will include an online booking system. The website I am looking for would be similar to this: [login to view URL] Quality is important. I am from Australia so the \'look and feel\' must fit in with our Australian look and feel. The website template must include a good online booking system. A good sense of design is important. I am happy if the person starts with one of the many inexpensive templates one can purchase then do it up for me.
