Create Drupal Menu theme

I have an application developed with Drupal 7, I am using the Adminimal theme (sub theme) for it, I have developed a left sidebar User menu and I need to design it like the left side menu on the following URL: [login to view URL] the menu has to be dynamic, expandable, I need the ability to change the icons in an easy way. also every menu item might have some alert on it as showing in the provided URL, like calendar has 3 beside it if you have an experience with Drupal menu theming please place your bid, max. project budget is $40 so bids above $40 will not be considered. project needs to be finished in 2 days max.
