I have base64 encoded strings representing images, and I need them converted back to images. The images are originally encoded using actionscript. see the actionscript functions involved into the encoding / deconding tasks, and a sample base64 encoded string. You have to provide me the working functions (PHP/JS) to encode / decode those strings. Only the freelancer who is able to decode successfully the sample string will be considered for the job.
