Configure Current Server Build to Allow CORS requests and responses alike. (READ BEFORE)

I currently have an NGINX server running with a PHP5-FPM Fast CGI Proxy which also uses HHVM in the stack fully working from the Easy Engine automated stack. The only problem and most severe problem is that CORS requests and responses are not allowed on the server to subdomains, ports, or even third party API's like Google etc. All of them return the following error "XMLHttpRequest cannot load http://****.com:9200/. No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'http://****.com' is therefore not allowed access." This job is simple and quick and need it done ASAP, if you cannot begin immediately please do not bid. Once this job is complete I want to hire you for additional server work including optimization but this is required first.
