Complete development on existing system.

We are looking for a RELIABLE (promises made, promises KEPT) developer to be an integral, ongoing part of our team as we prepare for launch. The project involves continuing development on a user-facing data collection and presentation system while connecting with an existing web service system. Your English must be good to excellent and you must be able to deliver on timeframes you set. We are currently at about 15-20% complete and anticipate another 80-100 hours of coding time for the existing project, broken down into 2-4 phases. This involves a combination of: * Correction of some minor, existing bugs * Design work on new forms * Redesign of an existing database * Data migration into new database * User interface - collection and presentation * Connection with back-end web services Note that there is a great deal of existing code that can be used as an example. However the new system does things quite differently. Thus, this involves a combination of new code development and reconstruction of some existing systems. You will be working with a seasoned, expert developer for direction and support but will bring your own creativity and ideas to the team. We anticipate this to be a long-term relationship more than a one- or two-off job.
