College fast

I have access to system pc with USB port. I need a program that I can plug in usb stick that will allow me to enter a persons name into the system to show they completed the 2 or 4 year degree receive copies of transcripts and copy diploma and not be found out. This is a technical college no more than 4 in the state. Must be easy to use when plugged in and undetectable when done even if sent into state education department if it works every time your bonus will be 100 dollars every time used
