1. To develop the algorithm to calculate the COI (Coefficient of Inbreeding) using the Wrights method. 2. The inputs to be used are: Sire_ID, Dam_ID 3. The result will be a projected COI percentage for a calf between these animals. 4. I think the maths would be very straight forward, but i am guessing that the environment etc. needs to be practical.
