I have a PDF form with approx 60 data fields (all with individual names). I want to host the PDF on my website, and allow the user to submit the form online. The submit functionality should send to a specific email address (without using mailto: functionality). I want the submit button to send the data the CGI script on a webserver which will then email the data to an email address I want you to write the CGI script and tell me where I need to install it.

Hi, I specialize in creating custom-made script for PDF files, and have in fact already developed a PHP script that does exactly what you described. I will probably just need to adjust it a bit for your specific requirements, but that shouldn't be too difficult, so you can have it within a day or two. Send me a PM and we'll discuss the details. Hi I quoted minimum budget because I'm beginner level in CGI but still I can produce better output. My understanding - Existing website has an option to submit PDF directly by user. In new approach - form to be filled by user and hit submit button, which should moved to CGI script ,, which should then email the form. I'm best in perl programming ,, just new and currently working with CGI. Can utilise this opportunity to prove my skill set. PM for further discussion if interested!
