CDR Billing Software - Web-based, import data, process, produce bill

Hello ! I have a ready made solution for this, I can show a demo of it, too. Obvisouly, it's not based on your CDR type, of course, and it's very highly customized, as this is my main purpose, to best fit a client's needs. I'm not trying to sell a pre-packages solution, I want to talk to you, see what your CDR format is (the one I have I built a couple of years ago for a canadian company, and they have different long distance/zones and pricing grouping) and make it work. I do have different reports, history of each number/subscriber, PDF downloadable invoice built it. Anything else you might need we'll discuss and I'll implement. The whole thing is coded in PHP with Zend Framework and uses MySQL as storage engine. It's built for performance and security, mainly, it'll be able to hold million records without a problem. After reading your project specs, I have some questions: 1- You, currently, don't have any implementation done. 2- You, currently, don't have any DB defined (ER design). 3- "CDR file format" is completly known for you (and its relations on DB tables (if not 2-). 4- You don't require any "pretty" interface but you will give me some specs about for adapting to your confort (friendly for you). 5- Emailing? It will produce "text emails" or "formatted emails (HTML, PDF, etc...) in attachment". You must specify it. I will need to know all specs (by writting) before commitment on my part. Price will be calculated when I will be knowing all functional cast, resources, etc... No more for this moment. Regards RM: It would be interesting that during CSV file importing (and processing), operation is recorded (file ID, name, status, CRC) to avoid duplicate imports, etc ... (unless the CSV is internally identified). So I suggest that "importing" and "processing" are not happening (or can be configurable) at the same time. CSV files (imported) will be catalogued and stored on a repositiry where you will can process after. Regards and sorry for my "English".

Hi I will be able to deliver a solution written in C# and data stored in SQL Database, can use express edition if required that do not require a licence. The emailing will be done with XSLT style-sheets that will enable you to edit the layout of the email. If required I can use an MS Access database. Hope you find this in order and looking forward to working with you.
