Build a ticket based online voting, where purchased tickets allows one vote for each 14 categories

This needs just a single page, which uses paypal API, to buy ticket. Prior to freelancer, I used to work for LexisNexis, GM, Ford Credit, Chrysler Fin, Cisco, Western. Union and AMEX. Case-A: Paypal allows you to stay on your website and complete the purchase on the same page. In this case, I will use jQuery to make the purchase and enable the vote on an aside floating to right. Case-B: Paypal takes you to their website [login to view URL], and once done, takes you back. In this case, I will use Json based server side coding that updates the fact that purchase has been made or not, and shows the same page, but only this time with the voting provision. 1.
