I require a software that allows me to vote multiple times, using different IPs on the gtop100 site. The site includes a captcha and only allows one vote every twelve hours. The program should allow us to input our VOTE URL, the program then loads the IP list and proceeds to vote giving a log if vote was successful. The site has an Incentive voting which will allow you to view each successful vote or each failure. If there is another way to do this, then it is fine. Flexible budget.
