Build a Website - Repost - open to bidding

Hi, Mine is a laundry based start up, my need is a website with backend integration. 1. Website development (incl payment gateway integration) 2. collection / delivery management Front end: 1. Site opens to a page where it ask to select service and ask for phone number & throws a pick up button ( including the pick date and time, according to the pincode & availability of slot) < Pick button should test for human doing it not any bugs> a. If the user is not registered with us, then it asks for various information like address, name , b. (for each phone no & address it creates a unique customer id ) and for service unique service id 2. The page also shows the packages available, our offers or communication in banner and customer reviews, feedback section, our partners, 3. Page for buy packages / or single services ( basically select item and the service and it throws all packages in the order of scores) < Scores are something that we govern from backend) 4. Additional page for about us / contact us Backend 1. All Items acts as a product to be sold, and everything is based on the items ( Items are like Shirt / Pant / etc) 2. Each offering is based on several mix of items and the rules that govern it, each offering is a unique code which basically can be put any where in the site. 3. Order management / customer review / feedback / delivery boy review / customer management ( include customer rating and past interactions) 4. Based on customer's call / msg, someone should be able to update the pick up or delivery time in the system. 5. Leads input basically 4-5 fields. Service update: 1. Once clothes are collected, update it to our system, using update panel and there will be more to the details mentioned here.
