Build a Ecommerce Website

Dear Freelancers, Im looking for a new ECommerce Website Development that will sell Training Kits to the Enduser, by accepting Payment from the same via Paypal Integration. I will sell my Products to the US citizen, who makes me payment via Paypal to my account. I can also offer commission to the Freelancer once the site is Developed completely and is Running succesfully with Good number of Sales/ Subscribers. WebSite needds Changes also to be done, post development. Im looking for one who can - Place Registration Form for the Enduser who can also register with a Facebook or G+ Account (Oauth Login), and - Give a good Design, as that of a Membership site, with Userfriendly Frontpage - Experience in Social Marketing, (To Be done, once Development is Done) & Finally, - Who can giev commitment to work for more number of projects like this, once completed.
