My goal is to create a website where teachers could share their files using a point system. I need you to 1. Design the database search tool (teachers should be able to find a file that matches their specific needs according to given categories) 2. Design a user-friendly website. (Joomla would be preferred). The user should be able to create an account, upload and download files- mainly docs. 3. Add a forum. 4. Create a point system for every upload/download. +points for uploads, participation in forum or facebook likes for example, -points for downloads. The user should have a preferably moving preview of the file to be downloaded. 5. Develop an admin panel so that the administrator can control the content that the users upload and that's about it, really. Example websites that do something similar: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I intend this to be a free access website, where the user will only use points to download material, but in the future I want the user to either donate or buy points. I am attaching a few mockup files.
