I need someone to build a site with the following pages. The site has been wire framed and will be available to the winning bidder. 1. Homepage. 2. 14 basic pages with static images and text (about us, our story, how it works, contact us, FAQs, etc…) 3. Page promoting a contest. This page allows users to share our site on social media and earn “points”. Their progress should be tracked on a leaderboard on this page. 4. Standard pages for a join form, login form, forgot password form, etc… Should allow joining and logging in via FB account if the user wants. 5. Dashboard page which would include profile image, several text fields for adding biographical information, and a list showing the user’s past ratings from purchases or sales (users can be a buyer and a seller). There would be a settings page on the dashboard to edit basic account info. 6. A page that allows users to purchase “in site credits” and pay via PayPal. For example, a user can purchase 10 credits and pay $10 or they can choose to buy 100 credits and pay $80. This PayPal page should allow the user to select the number of credits and have the PayPal button automatically be set to the correct amount for the purchase to they can pay. The number of credit purchased would then need to be added to the user’s account after purchasing so they can be used in the site. 7. A map with realtime tracking showing other users in proximity to the current user. This map would actually be duplicated many times since there are 26 categories of services that are provided by users. So, each category would have a map that looked essentially the same, but would show users available for that category. The map should have a chat feature built in so that users can chat with each other. 8. Users can rate each other (1-5 stars) after their interaction/purchase of service. This would require a few emails to be sent asking the user to leave a rating and then providing a page where the rating can be entered. 9. A page which allows users to use VOIP to talk with each other. One user will purchase credits to use to talk with the other user. The VOIP call will be timed and ended when the credits run out. Then each user can rate each other.

The level of details for the proposal of such system would need at-least a day's work. You are clear about the pin points but again, listing down its features, cost analysis, time frame, required languages and CMS etc needs additional work that I can't do right away. Additionally, I can see that you already have plenty of bids so there are big chances that you'd even won't have chance to look into my proposal.
