We are looking for a WordPress Developer that has experience with all aspects of the platform, from design to development and everything in between. If you live and breath customizing wordpress like a boss, please continue reading on. This job will require serious attention to detail and a true passion for the craft! You will be working on a per project basis with our web development company on our client projects. Ideal candidates will have the: - Ability to give accurate time estimates for projects, and do so quickly. - Ability to understand and clearly communicate details and requirements with project manager. - Ability to deliver a high quality final product(s) that has been tested througroughly and will not break. - Ability to provide updates on work in clear and regular fashion (daily for the duration of a project). - Ability to use our internal project management platform to communicate on tasks and deliverables. - Ability to adhere to deadlines and ask questions when needed. - Very strong development skills (WordPress PHP Expert). - Very strong creative design skills. - Ability to provide best practices feedback on every job to ensure the best product is delivered each time. - Understand the basics of SEO optimization and considers it in every design project to ensure optimal user experience and performance. Among those are the ability to work with our project manager on every project. You would be working as an extension of our team 100% white label. You will have a company email address and it will be expected that you communicate with us through it and possibly with our clients the odd time. Our jobs are based per project. You would be communicating with us regularly through our project management app and Skype. --------------------- Here are two projects you would be working on right away: - WordPress Intranet Portal with LMS. - PSD to WordPress, Custom WordPress Search Functionalities. - Real Estate Websites integrated with MLS Please apply to this position if you can impress us and love working remotely!
