Add eCommerce functions to website and create an app

I am in need of services to create an online store android and ios version. Items I sell are drinking water and water filter (spare parts and machinery) - [login to view URL] Website for online stores currently not done there, and I would like to make a special version of Android and iOS can be downloaded via the play store. The features I want in this application is approximately: 1. The front end: more or less the same as in my online store features above but lightweight android version, but a modern look 2.
