Input a racing photograph (JPG format), the software recognizes the BOB number and name. In a picture, there may contain more than 1 people, all of the BIB number and name should be recognized. The above function capsulate to a DLL, input is file name (photograph of racing man), and output is recognized BIB amount and the detailed BIB numbers and names.
